From Orlando or Winter park:

LIFE EXTENSION Nutrition Center is located in Maitland on State Rd. 17-92 just about ½ mile north of Horatio Ave. intersection.

From north (Fern Park, Casselberry, Altamonte Springs, or 436 & 17-92):

Head south towards Winter Park/Maitland area. After entering into Maitland (driving under the Maitland Blvd. overpass) stay to your right and we are approx. ½ mile on right just past Pappa John’s Pizza. Look for tall white canopy with purple and green writing.

I-4 from Orlando

Take I-4 to Exit 90A. This takes you East (right) on Maitland blvd. to 17-92 (aka. N. Orlando Ave.) Take it for Approx 2.5 miles until it dead ends at 17-92. Stay on left hand lane when you reach traffic light. Make a left onto 17-92 into Maitland. Get on far right hand lane and we are approx. ½ mile down on right just past Pappa John’s Pizza.
